Dear sir, our bharat gas distributors m/s Preet Gas Agency' has been harassing me since long, a big share of gas cylenders are sold in non card holders in black like car users, dhaba owners and black marketiers. this nexus is as old as this agency start existing. the genuine consumers like me suffer a lot, gas is given after 55 to 60 days, for that my old mother and my wife has to go carrying emty cylender aimost a 1km away. insist of delivering at home they come and stand at any un informed place, in such malpractice it takes us to 3-4 days in recieving a cylender and spendig 60-80 rupees on conveyence. we have comlined many times to local, state level authorities' but all in vein. kindly take some strict and enduring action against m/s preet gas ageny to save consumers from this exploitation & harassment. looking forward to your response. i remain sincearly your's Tirupati sharma . address; tirupati sharma.c/o sh.
