Refill booking via phone not receiving

Dear Sir,

It is really pathetic that customer quiries and phones are not at all

attended even after several phone calls. I have been trying the agency number

5 lines for the past one week and it is ringing & no response or staff attending

the call. It is hightime for the staff to be educated about how to serve the

customer. Please upgrade your staff and system so that the issue is resolved.

I hope you look into the matter and setright the issue once for all.
