I have taken Xylo Refresh E4 on 10--05 and accident happen on 20-05 and I contacted showroom guy Mr Ritesh but somehow I came to know that he left the company. Now I personally arranged wrecker and send the vehicle to Topsia Workshop of this Shree Automotive and here there tantrums started to harrased the customers and said to me to take the vehicle to Junglepur Workshop of Shree Automotive and on their statements and bring my one week vehicle to said place deposited the same to Incharge Persons Name: Mr Ganesh Samanto 91-8697719344 on 21-05. And from that day I started crying that so much they make me roam here and there that I cant even remind that story. I am deeply depressed that my one week vehicle is accidented and what is state of my mind. Now my Insurance surveyor is coming daily to photo copy the condition of my vehicle and return back as he is not allowing to inspect the vehicle for no reason. My survey is done after one week on repeated returning like this and here Mr Ganesh has provided the estimate of Rs 1, 90, 000/- for repair and he included chasis Replacement though it is not needed. So my surveyor told me that he need to inspect the vehicle on the ramp to see the base that Chasis is really affected by the accident or this people is charging fraud money and on this they refused to put the vehicle on ramp. When i grew angry by repeated visit to Junglepur Workshop then they are putting the vehicle on 02-06 on my arrival in the evening and I ask to Mr Ganesh that after inspection how much it will to take fix the job of my vehicle and he showed me that Sir this another Xylo is stranted since last 4 months and he said I will try to complete it into 3months then only I decided to move my vehicle from them. You can understand How careless are they and after a while another xylo owner came and started giving him good thrash by his talks and I have seen that customers gos strucked in hand of these Fraudent and Dacoits in Uniformed spoiling the Mahindra's Brand Goodwill. Mahindra should look into this matter that mahindra is not meeting and dealing with peoples in day to day action. These people are carelessl, lazy and Dacoits in performing fraud charging to the customers, they are not spoling their own name as Ganesh Samanto, they SHREE AUTOMOTIVE is spoiling the MAHINDRA'S BRA1ND GOODWILL.
When i removed my vehicle they charged me Rs 13000/- saying for 12days parking 800/day and remaining Estimate Charge and when I demanded to give me the invoice, then they simply refused and said this is the rules of director of SHREE AUTOMOTIVE, Mr Kedia. i am paying amount so I need the charge slip, On this demand they simply provided me writing General Check up amounted to same but I was not agreed then they said that Parking and Estimation Charge is not in their Billing Software. then I opposed saying that the item which is not present in the invoice system, you people are charging me with fraud things. See how this people and Officers of such big vehicle tycons became Dacoits in Uniforms. So do you think it is satisfactory to pay 13000/- for nothing done to my vehicle, just stranded in the open lobby. but I have paid to the Dacoits and remove my vehicle and get the job done in 5 days but I am not getting the Left Side Headlights and Front bumper of Xylo Refresh model and I struck. but I have ordered to Shree Automotive for the parts but not they are replying to my mails or Calls.
As it is very new vehicle its parts are not available in the After markets and it is only available with company's showroom and workshop.
Mahindra's personne please provide me this parts Front bumper part no:0119AAP00680N and Left side Headlights part no:1707AAA04381N.

As Shree Automotive had not given me a single discounts or any gifts. After the incident my uncle purchased the same Xylo Refresh from MOHAN MOTORS, KOLKATA. They had given him 14000/- discounts with Alloys Wheels free with E4 models and car goodies worth Rs 3000/- and best customer support and care by them.
