DEAR SIR. I HAD BOOKED MAHINDRA SLX BSIII AND HAVE DONE FULL PAYMENT ON 23 NOV THROUGH CATEEN SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO M/S CHANDGOTHIA BROTHERS AT AMBALA CANTT . TILL DATE NEITHER MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN BILLED NOR ANY INFO RECEIVED FOR THE DELAY IN DELIVERY OF SAID VEHICLE DESPITE MAKING FULL PAYMENT.

KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER, I HAVE SPOKEN TO UR AREA MARKETING MANAGER MR CHIRAG SODHI AT CHANDIGARH BUT NO SATISFACTORY REPLY RECEIVED BY ME, FURTHER DELAY WILL FORCE ME TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR REDRESSAL OF THIS COMPLAINT AND CLAIM FOR INTEREST FOR AMOUNT PAID,
