Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail to complain on your dealer network, I own a Mahindra Logan every time I trust only show room for my service requirements, at first I use to get my service done at Vijayawada Steel city properties that a sick service centre no proper service and qualified mechanics they take very long to only diagnose problem forget about fixing I have to search for a best mechanic and run to service centre’s twice for a single complaint, I thought of changing service centre and visited Hyderabad I gave my car for servicing at VVC gachiibowli near Hi-tech city, this service center is much worse than the previous experience. Guys of service floor don’t have a clue on what problem the customer walks in, they just keep on saying get it done this that and always tries to squeeze money from customers rather than look to fix the problem. I am sick of your service will always advise not to but Mahindra vehicle any more, I am happy with the quality but not with your poor service network, I kindly advise you to try fixing service network. Service network at Hyderabad is much worst it’s not advisable to offer all service centres to a single company.
