Ruined front shock-ups

The oil in the front shock-ups is leaked, which is creating problem of shocks on a ruined roads. The complain as already given in the service center (Sethi Motors), But they are telling that the shock-ups are not available. When they will be available we will replace them.

I request you to try to solve my problem.
