No proper service within warranty period

We have purchased a four wheeler tempo van model (GIO) from shree auto, within six month of purchase self

(starter) stopped working, now the car is with their service centre since last ten days but no one is giving the proper reply, everybody is passing the no. of other ones but no one is there to solve our problem.
