Unwanted SMS And Rude Disgusting Behavio

I keep receiving sms from TA-MFCWL for Mahindra First Choice Grand Exchange Carnival every week. It asks to call Bhumika motors at 9899835827. I already own a Scorpio and not interested in any exchange. I called the above number to request to remove my name from the sms list. In response i got a thoroughly improfessional person who did not have any sense of how to talk with customers. He said what is the problem if i received an sms? Simply go ahead and delete it? is this how Mahindra treats its customers??? Disgusting behavior and not sure why Mahndra hires such people and especially promotes their phone numbers to existing or new customers
