There was a person named Vivek Vajpayee, at cleaning centre, a.automovers, lucknow very arrogant and ill-mannered.

i waited for 3 (three) long hours after the estimated time, without any prior information. i missed very important meeting due to his ir-responsibilty.

even the scorpio was not properly washed and rinsed and everybody left, even the workers, i was delivered the car after 7 pm.

i am very unsatisfied and angry over his behavior and insincerity.

some strict action should be taken against this person.
