Cheating and blackmailing

this letter is to inform u that, i have given my scorpio in your dealer work shop in rourkela beause i have faced some electric problem so by seeing the problem the work shop people said they will give the car intwo hrs but till today i have not get the car .so i am feeling frustated and using taxi which per day rent i have to pay 1500 .and today i got to know that my car is totally opened and they are not getting the problem.

so kindly look in this matter i am feeling cheated
