I have a complaint against to Hyundai Motor India Limited and National Insurance company
I have a Hyundai Verna CRDI car, I have bought 2008 in SUSEE Hyundai in Vellore, Tamil nadu. My Car No. TN25 K 3474. My car was accident on Aug. My car front right side for damaged and dented. And I will send my car to Susee Hyundai for service and repair. My car is insured Rs. 5, 00, 000/- till may.in National Insurance company. The service manager says the car repairing charge is around Rs.3, 00, 000/- to 3, 25, 000/- on 15th August. My company staff is visited every week to Susee Hyundai. Every time the service manager saying your car will be ready next 10-15 days your spares is coming. The service station staff is not responding correctly.
The Hyundai Verna car is newly introduced model and running latest model car. And Hyundai car factory is about 100 Kilometer from Vellore. Even though they are take 9 months for service. I have paid rental car for 9 months Rs.2, 50, 000/- for rental car.
I am not satisfying your service. Its very bad service for international car company.
On May 13th Susee Hyundai service manager send service bill amount Rs.5, 08, 000/- Insurance amount is Rs.3, 00, 000/- balance amount Rs.2, 08, 000/- customer has to pay. Now the vehicle market value is around Rs. 4, 00, 000/- to 4, 50, 000/- only.
Without any estimation they are serviced above service amount. And they have take 9 months. If they already estimate the amount then I was claimed total loss and I will take the new vehicle from beginning day itself.
The Insurance company and the Susee Hyundai Vellore made fraud and cheating the customer.
I already have complaint to Hyundai Motor India limited.
