I have purchased Maruti eeco on 26 Jan from one of the Maruti Dealer Manan Auto Link near Vijay Char rasta, ahmedabad. On 20 May I gave my car for the 2nd free servicing at Manan auto. Soon after 2 days my card did not start and as a result i had to push the car to start it. This issue was soon informed to the service center on the same day. After investigation they found that the car battery did not had enough water to keep the battery charged and the battery shape was also distorted (expanding in size), which is sign of battery getting worst. For the same I have requested the dealer to replace my battery ASAP but till date the battery is not been replaced as it comes under warranty and it was part of the duty while servicing the car to check the water level in the battery too. When i try to contact them they dont respond to my call and ask me to continue with the same battery, which is not acceptable to me. I want Maruti dealer to replace my car battery ASAP.
