Not received rent

I have leased a car at mangalmurti for the monthly rent of 14750 (forteen thousand seven fifty only) for five years, I received the money for one year; For the last four months i have not received the money .i have also deposited Rs 81000 in a scheem, in which company has to pay back Rs 9967 monthly for one year. I have received only for 7 months.now the company has to pay totaly Rs one lac to me. Now they are not responding to our calls.company is cheating the public.
