Mangalmurti Autolink pvt ltd
Not giving the agreed amount

Dear sir,

I am the investor in the co named Mangalmurti Autolink Pvt Ltd. I have invested Rs 81779/- on 25/04 in the regional office of the co in Aurangabad (M.S.). The Manager of the office has shown us the regd cert and the PAN of the co. The corporate identity no of the co is U34100MH2008PTC182863 REGD ON DATED 30/05. The PAN no is AAFCM5802L SHOWING THE DATE OF 30/05. According to their agreement we havve to received Rs 5200/- per month upto the period of the 36 months and then Rs 25000/- in the last months. They had given me some cheques of the first six months.these cheques are honoured. They provide us with six cheques again. The co get the cheques returned by saying that they are going to transfer the amount every month by net transfer. The co has not given us any amount since october. They have closed the Aurangabad office. The manager Mr Agre is not found on that place. The office used to give us the phone nos of Vidya Madam and Mr Chakraworthy 9819421099 & 9225527501 respectively. They dont receive the phones.the Head Office of the co is at
