Today i went to mann motors dealers bathinda indian oil corp. ltd. bathinda for petrol worth rs. 500. after getting the petrol via bill no.12189 I asked for free air service for my car tyres. as soon as i asked for free air service came the reply from petrol pump workers that they dont give free air service... reason
different replies 1 leakage problem
2 no electricity
i am getting similar excuses from the past 3 months.. i wonder why they have put up the board free air..
this time i went to the manager... a 50 plus sardarji was sitting there..
i politely told him about the problem and asked for the complaint book...
but he said that they dont keep the complaint book as the indian oil corporation doesnt ask them to keep one...
if he was telling the truth
i think the indian oil corporation has given special concession to MANN MOTORS bathinda and it needs some investigation for the circumstances under which such special concession was given?
