I have a indigo cs glx one year old with low mileage of 8000kms reg no KL11AE 7624 the vehicle did not start, it was identified as fuel pump problem, and the vehicle was taken to the service by a recovery van sent by 24x7 assistance, first it was said that the car was taken to a other dealer [focus] on 15-4 and there was no response from either side, then after one day on frequent calls to the customer care i had a reply that my car is with MARINA MOTORS, then we booked a complaint to the customer care stating that there is no response from MARINA MOTORS REGARDING THE CONDITION OF THE CAR.i called up the service often to know what is the status of by car, but these fellow's never had the courtesy to call back, then the service advisor on 18-4-11 said there is fuel pump problem, after hours i called the advisor and it was said it has wiring defect, it will be rectified, after few hours i called up the service they said it has diode problem, i was very much frustrated on the company attitude no proper response, correct reply, first said the vehicle is ready for deliveryat 11am, after 1hour i called back they replied there is no drivers hours passed still my car has not been delivered, again i called the toll free registered a complaint this is my second complaint, after 4'o clock i called up the service manager and he said the car is in washing, as the manager conveyed the car reached by 6pm., said that every thing is ok, after delivery i took the car to vatakara and the same problem happened the car broke down on the highway, the car did not start.after bringing the car to home i called up the service and the car was taken back, on21-4-11 at 5pm, still my car is with MARINA MOTORS, and advisor say still the fault has not been rectified, how come a brand new car face such a problem in a year old, i want a proper solution for the complaint from the company, i am fed up on this concern, if not with proper response from TATA MOTORS i will sure file up against the company and the deale
