I Major N Palani purchased Maruthi Wagon R LXI Model 2010 through Army CSD Canteen. At the time of purchase the rate was under revision and M/s KAPICO not received new price list. However, the dealer collected extra anticipated amount subject to return the excess collected money after receipt of price list from Maruthi Suzuki ;as well as Military CSD Canteen Depot, Chennai.
I contacted many times with M/s KAPICO but negative response and NO one is available to receive my request and give redressal. The representative from KAPICO contacted and encouraged me to purchase the car from their Dealer (Mr Hussain Basha)/ Mr Karthik/Dominc. After sale there no response and purposefully avoiding responsibility and also advising to lodge the complaint against firm for release the excess amount collected from me. Being a Soldier I don't have time to make un nessary correspondence.
I take humble request to your kind office to intervene this genuine request and advise the dealer to refund the hard earned money with interest otherwise advise me to whom I can contact to get my amount.
