Misguided and overcharged at authorized maruti workshop

i am sudarshan lakhawat from jaipur, rajasthan i am working as senior lecturer at tagore college jaipur. sir iam maintaining a maruti car which i took to kataria motors vaishali nagar owned by suraj kataria, he gave me estimation for paid service of around 2000 but after 2 days and without prior notice he changed many costly parts .he charged 7500/- rather than - .i am extremly angry and i want legal action against mr suraj kataria.kindly help me
