Maruti - A-Star
Cheating by service centre

Cheating by service centre

Dear Manager, Maruti Service,

I had been servicing all my Maruti cars from ROHAN MOTORS since 8 years. On 16-June, I have give my car for service. After 6hr, I have received a call from service centre that my car is ready for me. I am frustated when I start may car and found that it is not starting. When I call to service advisor then they suggest told me that there is some fault in may car battery and you need to press exilator to start your car. I have asked to machenic check my battery in front of me. But mechanic found battery is OK.As I am already frustated, I have asked to service advisor I am not taking this car in this condition then they asked me you can pickup your car next day.

Next day when I came to service station after service advisor call then I have asked me there is some problem in your car ignition system. I have asked him when I submitted my car in service station then there is no problem. There is so many arguments with service advisor and Manager and they have asked me we neeed to change your car ignition sytem which cost is around Rs. 6300.00. I am ready to pay this amount as my car was fine before this service. Finally, I have pickup my in this bad condition and driving my using exilator help.

I can help your investigations to prove otherwise if they resort to this desperate excuse. I am deeply aggrieved and also hold you responsible for letting this happen over the years. Please reply, or else I have to go to the media and the consumer forum.

Thanks,

Rakesh
