Maruti Suzuki India delivers brand new Wagon R with faulty breaks

I recently bought a Maruti Wagon R LXI CNG, Chassis: 438003, Engine: 7170807, which was delivered to me on the 19th of July but with faulty brakes (The car doesn’t stop immediately on pressing the breaks & the break goes right inside touching the floor of the car, which is very unusual in new cars), every since am compelled to visit the service center every second day in order to get this problem rectified.

The service center is unable to detect the problem & in spite of replacing the master cylinder & break booster with a new one, there’s no improvement in the effectiveness of the breaks. Its sheer disappointment & heart bun to see my brand new car in the service station, instead of I driving it.

I don't really blame the service center for this but am extremely disappointed with Maruti's irresponsible behavior, how can they deliver a car with faulty brakes? Aren’t the cars being QC before delivering them to customers? By this act Maruti is not only displaying unfriendly consumer behavior by selling faulty cars but also an irresponsible one by risking pedestrians lives with faulty car breaks, which cannot be ignored.

I want an answer from Maruti Suzuki India for this irresponsible behavior.
