Maruti incapable Gas technicians

Dear All please find the details of my complaint

Its been a hell for me purchasing Maruti Omni (LPG) from the day of purchase till date i have been having trouble initially with the gears and after that with the Gas kit.

After every event of service the issue remains solved for few days and repeats itself risking my and my family lives with such an unreliable vehicle.

Problems faced as on Today

1. The Engines stops abruptly while driving on Gas (especially in the evenings or when the gas pressure is low)

2. Petrol does not pump in during such stop overs

3. I have got the servicing meticulously thru your MAS like Mandovi & Bimal in Bangalore

4. I have changed my petrol fuel pump

5. I have changed the contact pins twice

6. I have changed my Ignition coil

7. It is assumed that Bimal had recently cleaned my vaporizer assembly.

8. I have changed my petrol tank to 30 ltrs to meet such crisis

9. Have paid on the way breakdown costs more than Rs. -

Worst come worst none of your service engineers have never been able to diagnose the problem and are PURELY INCAPABLE ROTS when it comes to Gas.

I have risked my life with a professional relationship with your service engineers/floor managers and infact given them some good ratings to keep up my crisis-help handy. (no other go than depend on such incapable technicians)

Its been a hard way to learn that Maruti does not have technical capability in Gas.

I believe local gas vendors are better off than Maruti service technicians who themselves recommend us to reach them than Maruti.

I assume that with such bad remarks you would not still be in a position to solve the crisis with the network of poor incapable technicians.

I pray that Maruti does not play with lives of their customer and completely stop the production of Gas vehicles.

I have lost faith in Maruti and do not expect, but to hype this escalation thru relevant media and consumer forums. I have tried my level best to cover the problem and warranty liable components with an extended warranty of 3 yrs but with such a poor technical support it never was possible to diagnose the problem all these 03 yrs. And it was a pure waste of money and time running pole to pole with your MAS centers.

I request you to take back the vehicle than I keeping it with me unserviceable.

Overall poor rating to Mandovi & Bimal and also UM motors.
