Ad service during warranty period

My name is Sanesh Subrahmanyan (Kizhakkelan House, Kanjoor, Kalady, Ernakulam, Kerala). I had purchased a maruti Alto car (no: KL41-A7088) on 1-1-1998 form indus motor's cochin branch. During the warranty period, my vehicle got hit with a hump and the bumper got damaged. But the service centre provided a bad service with some udjustments, where the replacement of the engine part was needed. (Engine number: F8DN1206742 Classic no: MA3EYD81S01081524. Later on consulting a mechanic only i came to know about this cheating
