Worst servicing experience

First of all I want to express my current opinion about my car Ritz.

Very Nice car manufactured by you but service after sales is pathetic.

I purchased my car 3 months back from your satara MH showroom

Worst ever services provided by your chowgule showroom hell lot of pains given by then to deliver the car to me which I cant write in mail. They have informed me if you have tax receipt of RTO you need not to worry about your car number

RTO pune has fined me Rs1000 for not having registration number.

Then I struggled myself to get number from RTO no one from your showroom was there to assist me.

Till today I have not received my smart card of my car if at all I fined from RTO you will be only responsible

Today I had my second free servicing at your ambegaon, Pune showroom which was really unsatisfied

I struggled to take appointment for servicing as I am having free servicing no one bothered to entertain me when I contacted to your manager then they did the servicing which is not at all satisfactory

Its my wrong decision to purchase maruti suzuki car.worst ever experience with your organization

I could have satisfied to take TATA nano car than purchasing your 6 lacs car
