Original registration form, insurance, ICICI bank NO objection certificate, Insurance policy, for car No HR 26 J 5402 were handed over to the Receptionist of Maruti Suzuki dealer APRA AUTO- JMD Regent Plaza, MG Road, Gurgaon (Haryana) 121001 on 25 February. The office has now lost the original documents and passing on the buck to the staff members.
The customer is under harresment and threat loosing all original documents which will put the ownership of car at stake. Inspite og meeting various officials no progress is made
