Bad Service from Dealer Prakash Auto Pvt ltd Ulhasnaga

I suresh pillai having a Maruti Suzuki Alto Lxi bought from Vitesse Pvt Ltd Mumbau, Last week my Car met with an Accident and the car's right side got damaged & vehicle was not in the moving condition i towed the vehicle and brought at the nearest Maruti Dealer M/s Prakash Auto Pvt ltd.as i had done the insurance through New India Assurance Maruti for which i an entitled for cashless insurance benefit at any dealer all over india.

I was amazed to see the response from the staff of dealer who were not at all interested to srevice the case as i had New India Assurance Policy, Inspite of my argument they filled the claim form and other formalities required to register the case. Their excuse was New India Assurance were not giving proper service to them they were insiting to have insurance from Bajaj Alliance.

After all the formalities completed there was no response from Praksah Auto (Ulhasnagar), After contacting the service advisor on telephone the response was the survior from New India Assurance has till date not come to survey the vehicle.

Finally on 14th June on my viist to Prakash Auto my vehicle was their as the same as i had left last week, i took the vehicle and registered with Navnit Motors Thane.

They registerd it and told to contact next week for the details.

My request is to lodge this complaint agaist the dealer Prakash Auto Ulhasnagar.
