I, has taken gold membership from maruti service Master okhla industrial area for my car SX4. Regn No:- DL 2C Ak 2880. I took my car for service to MSM and told that its giving noise for right side front wind screen. And on releasing first gear their was humming noise from the front exactly i don't know. I told all this to supervisor in return he said that noise coming from front windscreen was from coltop and that he will make sure it will not come again. second noise he said that these noise are rare to come in SX4 and that company is just making its sales increase. Doesn't care about manufacturing defect. I said Ok its my fault that I purchase this car. After work done when I went to take delivery of my car, I found my car was not clean from inside the doors were having stain marks and oil stain were on the carpet of my car. After 3 4 days same noise started from the windscreen and I again went for it and complaint to supervisior he said i 'll get it check and for that I have to wait for full day but of no use. The same problem is occuring. One thing is sure that service provided by the company owned service centers are not upto the satisfaction of the customers.
