Average &brake problem

I purchase a car alto k10b vxi on dated 10.after purchase this car many type of problem coming in this car.his average always low company say his average 20.2 KMPL. but my car gives average only 14 KMPL.and brake problem in my car .brake always jam after washing the car. i am going many time yours dealers jagmohan motors ltd gohana.but after many time visit not solve my problem.so i requested that please solve my problem. i doing fax at yours phone no.01146150275, 01146150276 about this problem.
