Proper Service not done

I had my car DL-4C-AA-9055 serviced at Pratham Motors, authorized service dealers for Maruti. I had paid extra for Upholstery cleaning. Despite of paying them it was not done properly, and upon delivery there was no feedback form given. Upon asking for the feedback some lame excuse was given. When I had asked same thing to the supervisor looking after service of my car, he told me not to worry on this as he will get his people and clean it. Despite of asking him and the other executive who called me for feedback, no one has turned up yet. Today after almost 2-3 weeks when I spoke to same supervisor he was again on the same track that he will get it cleaned in a day or two.

When ever I told them that I'm going to Maruti for complaint, they were scared and tried to convince me that I should not do it and they will take care of it. However till date no resolution.

This is 3rd time in row that I'm required to follow-up with them after every service for pending jobs, especially for cleaning. Last two service also the same issue, that the car was not cleaned and I had to waste another day taking my car and fighting with them to first agree that the car is not cleaned at all, and then make them clean as if they are doing charity to me. I don't understand why still consumer is not empowered to get what he's paying for.
