RIGHT FROM THE FIRST SERVICE OF OUR WAGON R CAR MODEL WE ARE COMPLAINING THE MALFUNCTIONING OF THE GEAR. EVERY TIME WHEN WE SERVICE THEY TEMPARARLY SDJUST IT AND DELIVER IT TO US. AFTER 1 OR 2 MONTHS THE SAME PROBLEM ARISES. THIS, OUR DEALER ACER MOTORS TRIMULGHERY, SECUNDRABAD A.P.(I PRESUME THAT UNDER THE INSTRUCTION FROM MUL) THESE DEALER DRAG LIKE THIS AND AS SOON AS OUR WARRENTY PERIOD OVER THEY DECLARED THAT OUR CAR GEAR-BOX WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND WE HAVE TO CHANGE MANY PARTS IN THE GEAR BOX FOR SMOOTH OPERATION. THE ESTIMATES WAS AROUND Rs.5000/ - AS TOLD BY THE DEALER. I ASKED THEM WHEN THIS PROBLEM WAS FROM THE BEGINNING WHY YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED THE PARTS IN THE BEGGENING ITSELF. FOR THIS THEY DONOT HAVE ANY ANSWER. THEY WERE VERY ADAMENT AND ASK ME TO PAY Rs.5000/- TO WHICH I DECLINED. THEY HAVE NOT RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND IT IS STILL IN MY CAR. I AM SURPRISED SUCH A BIG MULTINATIONAL COMPANY, HOPW THEY PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND AVOID TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REPALACING THE BAD PARTS. MUL AVOID BY HOOK OR CRROK, TILL ONE'S WARRENTY PERIOD EXPIRES. THIS IS THEIR STRATEGY.
BUT THIS STRATEGY WILL NOT WORK FOR LONGER TIME. I HOPE MUL WILL MEND THEIR STRATEGY AND GET THE CONFIDENCE OF THE CUSTOMER. I LOST THE CONFIDENCE IN MUL NOW.
