B K Ray, owner of MATALI ENTERPRISES is misbehaving, ill mannered. TOTAL waste of time to deal him for bike sales, service or whatever reason.
This person Does NOT know how to behave with Yamaha customers.
Yamaha India should shut his business down and find replacement dealer who can value customers as they should be.
