I booked a cab from Mega Cabs (022-42424242) for yesterday 29-April-10.
The drop was from Bhandup W to LTT Terminus, Kurla at 7pm. They confirmed the booking and send the cab details, which are below
Cab No: MH-01-JA-9964
Chauffeur: Mehnajuddin Khan
But when at 7pm cab didn't arrive, i called the at about 7.15 pm, and was shocked to know that they were not sending any cab, as none of their cabs were in vicinity.
It was disgusting, i had a train to catch at 8.30 and it was peak traffic time, but they didn't listen and just said sorry.
Somehow i managed to reach the station by taking autos, but i request that strict action be taken against Mega Cabs for this behaviour and putting their customers in trouble
