I had asked for a ac car hire on 24th may in jaipur from meri car services. When the car arrived it was a non ac car and the charges which were incurred were ac charges. When I called their customer care a person named javed picked up and said no waiver in charges would be done in non ac car and charges same as ac car will be charged and if I have I have any problem in paying I should get down the car on the way. Me being a girl had to get down on the way at 9.30 pm in jaipur and hire an auto reach the destination. This was sheer harrasment on the part of company. Kindly look into the matter.
