This email is with reference to Booking#3687380. the pickup time given while booking the CAB was 7PM. driver gave a missed call after 7PM from a different number asking for the address and the landmark.
he said he will take atleast 20 mins. to reach the place. he was @ Katrikupe that time and my pickup point was JP Nagar 5th phase.
Due to all this my parents missed the Rajdhani train from Blr-Delhi.
My MOM has a leg fracture and had to suffer a lot.
I want to escalate this and need a immediate call back.
Have also complained about this over the phone.
Its been more than a week since i have placed this complaint but i haven't received any call back from the Customer Relation Manager.
Till now i have called up Customer care four times asking for any update and an action on my case. everytime i get the same response that 'Today you will get a call from us customer relationship manager' .
