After sales service (HUNDAI SANTRO)

I GOT SERVICED (PERIODIC MAINTENANCE) and claim/repair etc. whcih include changing the bumper of MY SANTRO DL 3C AQ 7677 from MGF HUNDAI, MGF Automobiles Ltd., workshop B91, 92 Maya Puri indl. Area, Phase -1, New Delhi-110064.

1. I reached at the service centre at 5.35 P.M. to pick my car but none of the attendents who were in charge reg. my car Mr. Pradeep for (Maintenance Service cetnre) and

Mr. Shantnu (workshop) were not there to explain me the bill details.

2. The satisfaction card presented to me was pre-filled.

3. The job done was not at all satisfactory the fitting of bumper was not properly done as re-fitting and alinment of head-lights was not correct and also was left with lots

greese marks.
