Non reciept of our product to agent

Sir,

We have booked our publication named Vanitha for 23 bundles (900 copies) by Korba Express (Train No:6328) from Kottayam under RR.No:376226 to our agent Mr. Mukund Parekh at Raipur. But these bundles have not been reached there till now. It will cause a huge financial loss and affect our sales also. Please investigate this matter at the earliest and do the needful.
