We had booked a SILVER Hyundai i20 Magna 1.2L model on 24th Dec from Modi Motors Agencies Pvt Ltd. A salesperson from Modi called us on 28th Dec to tell that the car we had booked has been damaged whilst in the godown. He said he would give us another car and we could choose between black or white colours. We said we wanted a silver car as it was not our problem that the car was damaged while in their possession.
This amounts to a clear deficiency in service and we have registered a complaint regarding the same with Hyundai Motors.
We will also not hesitate to seek legal assistance if the need arises.
