Problem in starting neither self nor kick

From the first day after purchase it is giving problem. After one weak it didnt start on self then, after complaint the battery was replaced.but again the same problem was faced. Complaining again its meter was changed as there may be a problem in meter which consumes its battery and after that it was okay for approx. a month. when i third time complaint about its problem, agency replaced its oil pipe but still it was not doing well and we are very much dissappointed from the service of your company
