Delayed/non supply of gas cylinder/Booking done but cylinder not received

I am Gautam Sharma, living in 19, Canal Road, New Alipore, kolkata - 700053.. I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no AD/13070 with M/s Ashadeep gas Agency code- ***********, i have booked my cylinder on 04/10/10 booking number - 2309, but i have not received my cylinder till date despite of repeated request made to the agency, On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was already supplied.kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer...
