Never lift the telephone for Gas booking

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Gas connection No. B-16220, in the name of my wife. While booking the gas, we are facing a problem in each time. The telephone no. given by the Gas Agency i.e.M/s Bhagwaria Gas Agency, Hansi Road, Karnal 0184-2240567 & 2240032 for booking of gas and compliant are Always out of order or busy.By chance if the phone bell goes, their employer put the phone in hold position. Therefore, the consumers not get the benefit to book their gas on phone facility as per guideline by the Indian Gas Authority. we are facing big problem. You are therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and the problem may be resolved at the earliest.
