Hi Anshul,

This is with reference to my car Fiat Punto Dynamic diesel, HR26 BD8900 Varun Dewan. I thought things will settle down once you came in picture, I got my tyre changed and got money for reimbursement for taxi after lot of harassment. I want to tell that after all that i still had lot of problems and i kept coming to workshop for one or the other reason and amazingly your people are so incompetent and highly nonprofessional. Mr Kapil found that there is a problem in my car and i told him that there is a noise in the front left shocker, he said its fine and he will get back to me on this, he never called and then i kept calling again and again. One day again i came back to the workshop and Mr Rahul took test drive with me and said that your shocker needs to be changed and then this is will be fine for sure, anyone can make out that Mr kapil was tyring to ignore the problem and run away from it and i told him that i have been coming here for a long time and please for heaven sake give me the solution. I had come more that 20 times after meeting with once and this is i am talking about after September. My work has really suffered all the time and i had so many issues with my Boss because i use to be at the workshop every 3rd day. I was in Sales profile and needed my car for travelling purpose all the time. I got my left rear tyre damaged in just 9000 Kms and then i approached your so called works Manager Mr Mailk, he and Mr Gulab Singh inspected my car and said that yes the tyre is damaged and needs to be replaced, he said that he will take Pics of the tyre as usual and send it for approval. first of all when he knows that i had so many genuine problems with my car, still he needs to have approval. When i met you and spoke about him, he said that know you get your work done through Anshul only, is this an answer to a customer. Just because i approached you.

The best part is i met more than 15 customers and they had the same complaint that either Mr Malik or the service advisor will never pick the phone up, I came for replacement of my shocker it took me more that 31 days to get the part however i was told that it will be there in 3 to 4 days. I kept calling i use to get the same answer we will call you sir and nobody will call you. Once i was trying to call Mr Gulab Singh as he usually handles my car, he said that sir i myself is so pissed with the workshop manager as he says that just lie to customer and don't answer the phone when you don't have the solution. What a Staff you have in your organisation and on top of that once i was calling Mr Gulab Singh and found his phone is not reachable, when i went to the garage Mr Malik told me that there is No reception in his phone. I went to meet Gulab on the Works floor and asked him about the phone he said the same thing, then i saw his mobile and what i found that he kept his phone on offline mode purposely and when i told him that you have done is purposely, then he smiled and said you know how things are here Sir and he said that Mr Malik is also aware of the fact. I came last to your workshop on 07.12.2010 and before that i kept on visiting for one or the other stupid mistakes done by your people. It took 1 month for Mr Malik to get the approval for my tyre replacement and whenever i use ask why there is so delay to get a revert on this, he use to give stupid explanation that they are on leave or they take time, can you believe that it can take a month to get a approval and then one fine as usual i called Mr Malik and found out that it has been rejected. I told Mr Malik that why and i want justification on this, he said that i will call Mr Vikas to the workshop and he will check the tyres physically, today is 30.01.2011 and i have got no reply and no one called me till date for this, My indicator had problem they said that it needs to be replaced and they will be place an order and it will be there in 3 to 4 days as usual. I kept on calling at least for 2 weeks to Mr Gulab and every time i use to call he use to say that i will check and will get back to you, which he never did till date and again when i use to call him he use to ask me what variant i have and every time i use to tell its Dynamic Diesel. I have told this to him at least 4 times and today by mistake he called me and he is asking that is my indicator has been changed, i told him that what rubbish is this, please don't joke with me, he said please tell me what variant is your car, how frustrating it is. I called you 2 times personally, you didn't answer the call and then my uncle also called from Joint Commissioner of Police office one day to you and you said that you are not aware of the issue and you will tell Mr Malik to speak with him, however as usual no one called him or me. I would appreciate if i could meet you personally and tell you openly what your people do and how frustrating it is as the mail would not be enough for this and i am tired of typing it as well. simply want an explanation on this.
