Sir,
I have faced the problem since 2 year to book a cylinder with M/S Karuna Gas Agencies, Surendra Nagar Nagpur. They have not received the phone calls. Every time I go to Gas Agencies & booked the number. And every delivered time delivery boy charged Rs.70/- for form fill up charges. When I went to the agency for enquire purpose, the staff had used filthy language & not co-operate to me.
I request you to please solve the problem. Other wise I will go to the consumer forum / court to put the enquiry against your Gas agency.
