1. I have booked a Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI with ABS metallic silky silver color vide ABT Maruti Ltd Chennai receipt No REC 10002626 Dt.15 Oct with customer ID I104897205 through CSD Canteen.
2. During the time of booking it was intimated that the tentative waiting period for the car was three months. On regular telephonic enquiry it was intimated that the car was not yet shipped from the factory and is likely to be received during first / second week of Feb.
3. However, on 14 Feb Mr K Basha team leader ABT Maruti intimated that though the vehicle in my name has been shipped from Maruti factory and is likely to be received within a week but can not be released to me as your company has an outstanding dues from CSD. I will like to bring to you kind notice that whatever the issues are between ABT Maruti and CSD the dealer can not penalise the customer, I have been waiting for the vehicle for more than four months and now at this belated stage the dealer is refusing to release the vehicle to me which was booked four months back. This is totally unethical business practice. If that was the case then M/s ABTshould not have booked the vehicle at the first place.
4. It is therefore requested that ABT Maruti should honour the bookings already done.
