Dear Sir,
I purchased a Skoda Laura 2.00 TDI model from the above said dealer in January. At the time of purchase I was told that the year of manufacture of the car delivered to me is 2011. After taking delivery I got approval of one particular no from transport authority and submitted the papers of the same with arshia motors on 30.1.2011. After that the dealer sent their executive with me to Transport Authority for registration if the car. There I said the papers of the car and found that the year of manufacture of the car delivered to me is 2010. When I pointed out the matter to the executive ran away from the Transport Authority.
After that I dismissed the matter with the officials of Arshia motors and demanded to give me 2011model car as promised and also mentioned on invoice given to me at the time of delivery. But it is very sad to say that no action was taken by the dealer and also they refused to listen anything in this matter.
Being an Erndite person of your field. You should be aware of this kind of fraud by your dealers. This kind of attitude will only cause negative repute of the company in auto industry and also your company should be ashamed on such kind of fraud.
So, you are requested to direct the dealer to replace my car at once with a 2011 manufactured car without any further delay i.e. within 7 days of this letter otherwise I shall be helpless to seek the help of media to bring the fraud in the knowledge of universe and also the matter will be taken to Court.
