I am the owner of Honda City Car No. 7599 and the card holder of Membership No. NS 50537.
My car was parked in my covered parking since 20th July. When I try to open the vehicle in the morning of 4th August I found that it was not working due to discharge of battery.
Immediately, I dialed helpline at 99 999 87871 and informed about all the situation.
I was shocked to hear that in response of my information, I was advised by that gentleman that I should contact a crane operator and should move the vehicle to the workshop by towing.
When I requested the concerned person and discussed the matter in detail, he became ready to send the mechanic. I called at 11.22 am, 1.32 pm, 2.27 pm, 2.28pm, 3.53 pm and 3.57 pm continuously but all in vain. Everytime it was informed to me that mechanic is not traceable, as soon as he will pick the phone, we will inform you.
I lost my complete day (04/08) and also could not reach at my destination due to waiting of mechanic full day.
Again, I sent the messages and also sent the email to the MD of the company, but there is no response till date (16/10).
