Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & poor service of deale

I, D Sunil consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. YE 19028 of M/s Yasada Gas agency Vasco-da-gama, (Ph: 08322322533, 6484445), Goa

For booking gas cylinder on 13 Oct I continiously try to distributer (approx 20-30 time) but they are not attend call & respons continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas. When ever we aproach directly, the staff of agecy replayed as already sent the Gas vehicle on early date. However, our residencial colony (about 150 resedents) having securities who they have maintaining vehicle entry log books showing no arrival of gas agencies vehicles.

And Bharat gas online booking is not working from many day so, please ensure that give regular service of on line booking please help us for regular and good service & attend all phone calls to fullfill the customer satisfaction.
