Phone Dead and broadband internet connection is not working

Hi,

My number is 25332771.Ten days before I have register my complain for internet and telephone. MTNL people visited one time and told us this problem is from backend. we will correct that.

Now I have tried every Helpline number of MTNL. Either they put on my call on hold. I have tried 20 times to register my call. In the end a lady pick the call and told me this is the technical problem. In this way once again I am loosing my interests on MTNL services.

Please help.
