Not attending phone calls for booking gas

My consumer no is 502253 and a customer of Muthu gas in thadagam road Coimbatore. I regret to inform you that past two months they are not attending phone calls for booking HP gas. The phone is keep on ringing none is attending the call or the phone is busy
