Low mailage after service

Dear Sir,

I am useing honda activa regularly once given for service at tarnaka, they billed 4250/-, but my vechile milage decrease to 15 Km, sir plese tell how it possible... if i go for asking they did not reacting and they kept my vechile in 4 days for serviceing . please help
