Us stop cancelled

I took 498 from vijaynagar and came to pushpa park for 460 to go to hindustan naka .but on the busstop there was no board, stating the route, but people were standing for 460.after 17 mins bus came on the 498 bus stop, which is not fair .if this busstop is cancelled it should be clearly written, so we all went on the 498 busstop .after 15 mins 460 came and stop at the old busstop, there were 15 working labour women, all frantically running for the bus, but they could not board the bus .after 17 mins, these ladies stood in front of the road and stop the 460 bus, and we boarded the bus .at pushpa park we had another option of 281, but this bus is 1km walk from here since some road work is in progress, pl do come with some solution for this problem.
