I booked a nano LXBS-3 by paying booking amount of Rs 1, 40, 0000 (state bank of india race course road branch Bangalore) by cheque number 588665 dt 14/4 thru nano booking agent by name Trilok.the same was encashed by tata motors on 24/4.i have the bank statement with me to that effect.
an allotment letter was sent to me on 23rd junethru prerana motors, bangalore.
however i changed my mind and cancelled my booking on 28.06.2010 and submitted all
the original documents and i was told that refund will be made within 45 to 60 days.
after having waited that long i called up tata motors call center number only to be told that there is a loan taken by me.
it was a shock to me.i have not availed ANY LOAN from any financier for this purpose and have made the payment from my personal savings.
also i have sent a letter thru courier with all these details and copies of the documents
i have with me on 16th august to Mr. Nitin seth, head car product group.
recently i have taken voulantry retirement from my service and i am in need of my refund very urgentally.
i wish a premier company like tatas should take early action and refund the amount
without furthur harassment.
